Terms before launch
This is information about planned terms, not a final licence agreement or an offer to purchase. The final contracting party, agreement version, responsibilities and complete terms need confirmation before customer activation.
Two different integration licences
Connect is planned for a company at 249 SEK per month. Connect Byrå is planned for a firm at 399 SEK per month. Fortnox invoices the licence. Software plans, Fortnox modules, consulting and agent usage are separate. Client access requires specific permissions and consent.
Purchase, renewal, cancellation and open purchase
Fortnox states a 30-day open-purchase period for apps sold through Fortnox. Applicable purchase, renewal, price-change and cancellation terms must be confirmed in the offer before purchase. We do not set a separate refund rule that overrides Fortnox terms.
Bonus and usage credits
The planned starting bonus is 10,000 or 100,000 credits valid for three calendar months. Upgrades count all earlier promotional awards towards the 100,000-credit target. Final treatment of refunds, consumed credits, bonuses on cancellation and separate credit purchases remains outstanding.
