Eregis Credits for agent work
Eregis Credits cover agent work separately from the integration licence. Cost depends on the task. Available credits and a usage quote need to be checked before a run.
Check the usage quote first
The planned service requires a usage quote and sufficient credits before agent work. Bonuses and runs are not generally available now. A displayed licence price or bonus amount does not mean that your account has been awarded credits.
Bonus and purchased credits have different terms
The planned starting bonus is 10,000 credits for Connect or 100,000 for Connect Byrå. Bonus credits last three calendar months after a valid award, not 90 days, and are not a recurring monthly allowance. Purchased credits follow the terms of the purchase shown in your account.
Upgrade without a duplicate promotional bonus
The planned upgrade bonus is at most 100,000 minus all previous promotional credits for the organisation, never below zero. An earlier award of 10,000 allows at most 90,000 additional credits. This rule is not confirmation that any award has been made.
Top-ups and insufficient credits
Do not start new runs if credits are insufficient. Use the existing top-up route in your Eregis account when it is available for your account and purchase channel. A Fortnox licence refund and a separate credit purchase follow their respective purchase channels, not a combined refund.
