DynamicBooks Connect Byrå
A planned offer for accounting firms coordinating Fortnox work for clients in Sweden. The firm licence is separate from the company licence and is not yet available to purchase or activate.

Fortnox invoices the integration licence. VAT follows the Fortnox price display and invoice. Fortnox modules, the DynamicBooks software plan and agent usage are separate. Bonus credits last three calendar months and are not a recurring allowance.
Permissions follow staff and clients
Firm staff should only have access to client companies they are authorised to work with. A firm licence does not automatically grant access to a client's Fortnox account or modules.
Client consent and firm usage costs
The planned model allows the firm to fund agent work for a selected client. Client approval, staff permissions and the account paying for the work need to be clear before each task. Firm-funded runs are not available now.

The planned one-time bonus is 100,000 Eregis Credits valid for three calendar months. On upgrading from Connect, previously awarded promotional credits are deducted from the bonus target; an earlier 10,000-credit award means at most 90,000 additional credits. Automatic awards are not available now.

Fortnox needs to confirm the firm app and commercial model. Client permissions, usage funding, credits and agreements also need to be ready. Integration consulting is a separate service, not a benefit included with the firm licence.
