Customer activation is not yet generally available. This page describes planned processing. It is not a complete, approved privacy policy for an activated customer service.
Data and purposes
A connected service may need account and permission data, company records, customer and supplier contacts, invoices, accounting documents, files and action history. These are needed for the authorised integration task. This public information page does not retrieve your company's Fortnox records.
Company, firm and client
Personal-data responsibilities depend on the engagement. The company, any appointed firm and the service supplier need to document controller and processor roles, instructions and staff access. A licence does not replace these agreements.
Agent processing, security and retention
Agent work may involve task-data processing by model and service providers. The complete supplier list, transfers, legal basis, retention, deletion and security measures need confirmation before customer activation. No fixed retention periods or certifications are promised here.

Contact support about responsibilities, access, correction or deletion. Do not send personal data or accounting attachments in your first message. Applicable rights and contact details for the responsible contracting party must be stated in the final privacy information.
